DATE
When you have decided to go
with the Barrel House you will need to put down a non refundable
deposit of all rental cost (BHE and BGH). This secures your date in
our books. This date is NOT changeable. If you have already
spoken with us about a particular date, and are ready to make your
deposit, you may do so with the button below. All major credit
cards are accepted, and your transaction is 100%
secure.
FIRST FOCUS
- YOUR MENU
We would like to start working your menu options
with in 5 days of your booking with the Barrel House. We would like
to have your menu finalized within 30 days. Once the menu meets your
approval, we will send you our Catering Agreement detailing your
guest numbers and menu.
BARREL HOUSE
CONTRACT
Once the event style, staff,
rentals, liquor, beverage, entertainment, decor, and/or
transportation needs are finalized, we will sign a contract which
will list in detail the responsibilities of each party. Full payment for the
additions to the Barrel House is due 30 days prior to your
event.

FINAL GUEST
COUNTS FOR FINAL CATERING PAYMENT
Your final guest counts are due 10 days prior to
your event. We will be unable to drop your guest count after this
date as we will order your food and other needs at this time. We
will make every attempt to accommodate increases in the count after
this date.
Full payment for your catering
is due 10 days prior to your event. Any changes with your final count can
be adjusted, added or subtracted, up to 10 days out. If your guest
count were to drop by 40% or more, an increase in the per person
rate for the menu will occur. If you are owed money, we will cut you
a check within the 10 days following your event. A 10% service charge will be added to all food
costs.
